This easy-to-use spice blend is made for cosy chai lattes, fragrant masala tea and those little moments when you want something warming, aromatic and gently spiced. Just a few sprinkles add beautiful depth to milk, tea and hot drinks, with the familiar comfort of cardamom, cinnamon and warming Indian spice.
Use it to make a quick chai latte-style drink at home, or add it to masala tea for extra aroma and flavour. It is ideal for slow mornings, afternoon pauses, chilly evenings or whenever the kettle goes on and you fancy something a little more special.

How to use
Warm half a mug of milk with a few sprinkles of Chai Latte & Masala Tea Spice, up to half a teaspoon, and a tea bag. Microwave on full power for one minute, then top up with boiled water to fill the mug. Or if heating on the hob, add milk and water with the Chai Latte spice and tea bag.
Add sugar or honey to taste, if you like your chai a little sweeter.
